I was able to buy the car via email and telephone with Jack Hamilton as salesman. He was excellent, answering all my queries promptly and courteously. I first met him at handover which was very smooth and thorough. I cannot praise him enough.

Initially found the sales person quite short and quick to tell me what I couldn't have in terms of the car I'd enquired about. I found that negative. However once they got my specifications down, they were useful and turned around the car in a week.

I had the opportunity to change the garage to the Worcester one. The Worcester garage is closer by at least 40 mins and 30 miles, yet I stayed with North Oxford due to the previous visits and service they provide.

Because I was able to book an MOT and Service with short notice at a date and time that suited me. The only issue was that I had to come back to have the tyres replaced on a different day, but that was an issue with the leasing company and not BMW.
